If member leave the organization, responsible personnel in this system will manually disable this member. Member will immediately become a Ex-member with the following arrangements will be carried out automatically.

• He / she will not be able to login the system, however his/her submitted, updated topics or photo will still be retained in the system under his/her signature prefixed with a  icon.
• His / her profile details will be moved over to 已停用成員組別及職務
• Discussion groups which he/she has joined will mark him/her as ex-member.
• Roles which he/she has been assigned will mark him/her as ex-member.
