以下是三種確定項目詳細信息可見性的方式：

由議題/資訊定義：這僅適用於議題/資訊項目。
在每 則議題/資訊表單中，議題/資訊建立者可以通過以下方式選擇誰可以查看議題/資訊：
特定系統內的查經組（即如果當前用戶是任何指定查經組的成員，則可以查看頁面）
加入至少一個查經組的成員（即如果當前用戶是任何查經組的成員，則可以查看頁面）
已登錄成員（即當前用戶已登錄系統）
公開（即訪客或成員）

由成員定義：這僅適用於用戶註冊表單。
在每個用戶註冊表單中，成員可以選擇以下方式誰可以查看他/她的成員圖片：
特定系統內的查經組（即如果當前用戶是任何指定查經組的成員，則可以查看頁面）
加入至少一個查經組的成員（即如果當前用戶是任何查經組的成員，則可以查看頁面）
已登錄成員（即當前用戶已登錄系統）
公開（即訪客或成員）

由項目輸入表單定義：這適用於所有其他項目。
在每個項目輸入表單中，項目建立者可以選擇以下方式誰可以查看他/她的項目：
特定系統內的查經組（即如果當前用戶是任何指定查經組的成員，則可以查看頁面）
加入至少一個查經組的成員（即如果當前用戶是任何查經組的成員，則可以查看頁面）
已登錄成員（即當前用戶已登錄系統）
公開（即訪客或成員）

Roles will be assigned “view and / or edit privileges” to information page(s), form summary page(s) and form entry page(s) according to settings in ** 表單規則詳情 **
Members of Discussion Groups will be assigned “view and / or edit privileges” to information page(s), form summary page(s) and form entry page(s) according to settings in ** 表單規則詳情 **

An item can be updated or deleted or disabled(member item only) by either the Item Owner, the Responsible Role 事奉崗位 or the System Owner 系統負責人
Links will be shown against the first match of current user’s update, delete or disable rights and privileges.(i.e. If user is the item owner, Item rights will show first else if user has authorized role to do so, Authorized Role rights will shown and so on.) If there is no match, no links will be shown.

If current user is the Item Owner, the following three action links will be available.

 「項目建立者」刪除 (Show only for items in Topics 所有資訊, Photos 特選 / 所有圖片, Page Rules ** 頁面規則 ** and Form Rules ** 表單規則詳情 **. Items in Discussion Groups 可查看議題/資訊的群組, Roles 事奉崗位 can only be deleted by system owner)

If current user is one of the Responsible Roles for the Item (e. g.【人事資料管理(***)】, 【資*訊管理(***)】), the following three action links will be available.
Click 事奉崗位 to see a list of roles, their functions and thier members
 「有權限事奉崗位成員」編輯
 Authorized Role Disable (Show only for items in Members 成員組別及事奉崗位, Discussion Groups 可查看議題/資訊的群組 and Roles 事奉崗位 )
 「有權限事奉崗位成員」刪除 (Show only for items in Topics 所有資訊 and Photos 特選 / 所有圖片. Items in Discussion Groups 可查看議題/資訊的群組, Roles 事奉崗位, Page Rules ** 頁面規則 ** and Form Rules ** 表單規則詳情 ** can only be deleted by system owner)
If current user is one of the System Owners 系統負責人, the following three action links will be available.
  System Owner Edit
  System Owner Disable (Show only for items in Members 成員組別及事奉崗位, Discussion Groups 可查看議題/資訊的群組 and Roles 事奉崗位)
  System Owner Delete

Members, Discussion Groups and Roles can be disabled and later on, re-enable if required.
If member is disabled, his/her username password will be set to a new system generated password, thus preventing him/her from accessing or modifying any info in the system. His/her topics, photos, responses will be retained in the system but their Signature will be prefixed with a . All his / her previous assigned roles and subscriptions in discussion groups will be removed and will not be restored even if this member is re-enabled in the future! He /she will appear under   已停用成員組別及職務
If role is disabled, role name will be prefixed with “Ex-“. All its members will be removed. The “disabled” role cannot restore its previous members even when this role is reenabled again in the future! Disabled Role will appear under  已停用事奉崗位
If discussion group is disabled, discussion group name will be prefixed with “Ex-“. All member subscriptions in this Discussion Group will be removed. Its previous member subscription in this “disabled” discussion group cannot restore even when this discussion group is reenabled again in the future! Disabled discussion groups will appear under 已停用查經組
